Kelly graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology majoring in Chemistry and spent several years in in diagnostics sales prior to becoming an executive recruiter, aka “headhunter”. Kelly specializes in the placement of professionals within the medical diagnostics, laboratory sciences, cellular therapy, transfusion medicine, blood services, analytical science, environmental science, food science and animal sciences industries.  She places individuals at all levels throughout her organizations, but primarily specializes in sales, marketing, operations, management, administration and scientific/technical roles.

Kelly also enjoys many hobbies such as soapmaking and pretending to be a chef. She and her husband Gary enjoy their shared loves of the beach and classic rock music.
